Portsdown Time Trial League

The Portsdown Time Trial League (PTTL) is a competition between seven local clubs. Every year, each club promotes an event. Unlike other club events where you can usually enter on the night, PTTL events must be entered at least ten days before the day of the event - otherwise you can still ride but won't score any points. You can enter on our club night - you don't need to contact the organising club.

For each event the fastest rider is awarded 120 points. Points then reduce by one for each subsequent position down to the slowest rider. Your four best results of the year are used to give your total points for the year so it is a good idea to ride as many of the PTTL events as you can. You can only score points for your club if you are a first claim member.

The points from the 3 highest placed riders from each team in each event are totalled for the whole series for the team award.

There are awards for first ,second and third places overall and also for the best placed lady, Junior or Juvenile, veteran, senior vet and grand vet.
